So how do I pay?

We’re really flexible with payment options. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Switch, Solo, Maestro or even pay using your Google Checkout & Paypal account. When paying through your console Microsoft will store your details and auto-renews any subscriptions, however our service offers far greater control.

Is my payment is completely secure?

Why do you need my telephone number?

To prevent fraud and make sure prices are low.

So… what do I do with this four digit code?

When you receive the call simply enter the 4 digit code into the page that appears. Once entered, your game points account is fully activated, you will never have to do this step again.

Can I use my mobile instead?

Yes, after the phone call verification you are prompted to do the same for your mobile phone, this is so we can SMS your code to your mobile if you choose this option during checkout.

Do I need to enter my number if I’m using Paypal/Google Checkout?

Returns Policy

1-Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This returns policy applies to customers in England and Wales/irrespective of your geographical location.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

2- Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

  1. we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of purchase/receipt of the product;
  2. the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached within the cancellation period;
  3. you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
  4. none of the exclusions set out below apply.

3- Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

4- Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

  1. food, drink and any other products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above;
  2. DVDs, CDs and other audio or video or audio-visual recordings;
  3. computer software (whether on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or otherwise);
  4. newspapers, periodicals, magazines or similar products;
  5. toiletries and cosmetics;
  6. any product made to your specification;
  7. any product made to order;
  8. gift vouchers;
  9. digitally delivered Gaming Points and Subscription codes, we can however accept retail packaged ones.

5- Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of cancellation.

6- Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:

  1. we will not refund or exchange the product;
  2. we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
  3. if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
