How to contact us?

Game Points, while busy, is a site dedicated to customer service. So we try to reply to all e-mails within 24 hours during work days. Due to anti-spam / junk firewalls, there may be cases where our e-mails don’t get through, so it is recommended to put us on your “safe” list and update the filters. Note however, that we also ask for a phone number in the e-mail. We might just give you a call instead! The Contact Page can be found right here.

What if I need further help?

Our call centres are open 24/7. We have both English and Russian speakers ready to tackle your problems (if they’re Game Points related of course). You can also e-mail us with any queries, our policy is to reply to every e-mail within 24 hours. We know how nocturnal some gamers can be – if you’ve just lost a match because of a dropped combo, you can get your 2 am rematch thanks to us.
